01. Nature of the Service
SATE-Laravel is a verification engine that audits evidence. It does not decide whether code is correct; it decides whether tests prove behavior.
Users acknowledge that the Service operates on a philosophy of "Truth Over Green." The engine will reject tests that do not satisfy its internal trust boundaries, regardless of their passing status in traditional test runners.
02. Admissibility of Evidence
The User is responsible for providing the evidence required by the Auditor's gates. SATE-Laravel does not guarantee that it will find proof for every intended behavior.
“Evidence without a cause is noise. Causes without evidence are invisible.”
By using the Service, the User accepts that "Silence is Safer Than Guessing." If evidence is ambiguous, the Auditor will report an unknown state rather than providing a false confirmation.
03. Limits of Liability
SATE-Laravel provides technical classification of evidence. It does not provide legal, security, or production-readiness certification.

We are not liable for production failures resulting from logic that passed audit.

We are not liable for any corruption of judgment resulting from ignoring trust boundaries.

The Service is provided "as is" with no promises of logical completeness.
04. Intellectual Integrity
Users agree not to attempt to circumvent verification gates or manipulate the learning model with noisy data. The integrity of the SATE-Laravel knowledge base depends on the honesty of the signals admitted to it.
